WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Before buying your girdle you must keep in mind that you are special and unique, not all bodies are the same, each girdle is made for a specific need.

You will find low, medium and high compression girdles, some of them are coming with special measurements, for example:

Guitar body girdles could come 1, 2 up to 3 sizes smaller on the waist area compared to hips.

If your waist has a normal size, then a conventional girdle would look better on you.

Which Girdle Should I Wear After Surgery?

The most recommended option by doctors is to use a first-stage girdle during the initial week. In some cases, they may recommend wearing it for up to two months, depending on the physician’s discretion. However, in our experience, the sooner you transition to the second stage, the quicker the recovery and the better the results.

What Are The Best Girdles?

How to Wash and Care for Your Shapewear Garment?

Handwashing is highly recommended because it prolongs the lifespan of your shaper.

Should I Wear Shapewear While Sleeping?

Yes, especially after liposuction during your recovery period and if recommended by your doctor. Compression garments help reduce swelling, expedite bruise healing, and assist in skin retraction and tightening after liposuction. The duration of wearing compression garments post-liposuction depends on when they are removed, as per your doctor’s advice.
