It is important to follow the following recommendations when trying on your girdle, and so in case you need to make an exchange the girdle does not have any damage and can be eligible to exchange it
— Wear underwear, have the body free of body lotion, deodorant, oils, powders, perfumes, makeup, or beauty products that can be transferred to the garment through contact with your body.
— Avoid pulling the garment from thin areas such as the buttocks area and the silicone laces.
— It is necessary not to use jewelry, be careful with long nails or any sharp instrument to help close or adjust the garment.
— If you are in the post-surgical or postpartum recovery stage, remember to adequately cover any part of your body that was subjected to the operation to avoid stains or discoloration of the garment.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
You have completed the process successfully, thank you for the opportunity to serve you!
— To request an exchange, it is necessary to do it within the first 7 days after receiving your garment.
— The maximum number of exchanges is ONLY one (1) time from the original purchase.
— The only charge that will be the responsibility of the customer is the cost of return shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping the new product to you.
— International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions
— The garment must be in excellent condition, with labels attached and its original packaging, in perfect condition as received.
— The company is only responsible for manufacturing damage within the first 7 days of receiving your garment.
— If your garment has manufacturing damage, we will take care of the shipping costs for its return.
Based on the above, if you need to make an exchange, follow these simple steps:
- Contact us by email or WhatsApp indicating the problem with your order. It is important to place your order number. In the case of a manufacturing defect, it is necessary to send images of the damaged part.

2. Send your garment by the parcel of your choice to the following address and send us the shipping receipt through the contact method in which you started the process (email or WhatsApp) to track your shipment:

3. Once we receive your garment, and it passes through the review area, you will be contacted by an advisor to carry out the final step (send your new girdle)
With the policies for the change for hygiene or care conditions, we remind our clients that our products are considered intimate garments. The company has high-quality standards that grant the ability to accept or not garments that do not comply.
Item(s) must be in NEW CONDITION for an exchange. If the item(s) arrive in any other than “new condition” a 75% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be charged, or if in poor, unclean condition may not qualify for a return.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS:
- Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Shapewear FTC.
- Items over 7 days will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.
- We do size exchanges n reference exchanges.
SHIPPING
HOW’S & WHEN’S:
- All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday ship within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
- We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
- Orders after 5 PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5 PM EST will not ship until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
- We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by our carriers (FEDEX, USPS).
- Packages are shipped in discreet packaging.
- We offer USPS or FEDEX options for domestic and DHL for international customers.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in the US. Upgrades are available for Express Saver and Priority Mail at a discounted rate.
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that were delivered by the carrier.
